At BudgetBuddy, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. While we do not offer refunds on products, if you Getting Wrong Product or Damaged Product we Replace we are here to assist you with any concerns or issues you may encounter.

Order Cancellations

In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If your order is canceled due to item unavailability, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect to receive the refund within 7 working days.

IMPORTANT 

1. For claiming MISSING items 360 degree unboxing video is a must.

2. Unboxing video should start with (a) all 4 sides view then (b) top & bottom view (c) then full unboxing. It must be single video NO PAUSE NO CUT

3. Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover opening of package.

4. Close up of unboxing video not accepted.

5. After unboxing, product to be opened and damage or numbers of items to be clearly shown in video.

6. Video to be submitted within 6 hours.

7. Small marks & scratches not considered as damage.

8. If any breakage or missing item we will replacement only for number of pcs Broken or Missing after viewing 360 degree opening video.

9. We do not offer replacements for Wrong Size Products

10. Sometimes items cannot be shipped on the same day. It will take 2 or 3 days
